This is a senior engineering leadership role that works remote across time zones. If you're a few years into your engineering career and ready to step into mentorship and architecture decisions, this gives you real scope to shape how teams solve problems at scale.

You need strong fundamentals: a computer science degree or equivalent, hands-on software development experience, and proven leadership in team or tech lead roles. You'll code in .NET Core, work with Azure cloud infrastructure, and handle event-driven patterns using tools like Event Hubs or Service Bus. You should think clearly about complex systems and explain them to people outside engineering. You thrive when priorities shift and you adapt fast.
