This is a senior-level role, so it's not entry-level. But if you've been coding and learning DevOps for a few years already, this could be your next move. You'll own real infrastructure decisions and lead how teams deploy and monitor systems at scale.
You'll design and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure, automate deployment pipelines, and work on Kubernetes clusters in production. You'll collaborate with developers and ops teams to build reliable, secure systems using tools like Terraform, Helm, and observability platforms. The work spans infrastructure as code, CI/CD automation, and keeping systems stable.
This fits someone with a strong software engineering background, hands-on experience with Golang or Python, and real production experience with Kubernetes. You should know your way around cloud platforms, infrastructure automation, and modern deployment tooling. A computer science or engineering degree helps, but portfolio work proving your skills matters more.

About this role
Jalasoft is looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with comprehensive expertise in both AWS and Azure cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable cloud infrastructure, automating deployment processes, and ensuring system reliability and security. You will collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and enhance operational efficiency. Requirements Must-Have Requirements Experience: 10+ years Software engineering background with hands-on coding experience Strong Golang and Python experience Deep Kubernetes (EKS/AKS) expertise in production environments Strong AWS and Azure experience Strong CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Azure DevOps preferred) Strong Terraform and IaC experience Experience with Helm charts and Kubernetes deployment automation Strong understanding of API-driven and microservices architectures Experience with OTEL(OpenTelemetry) and LGTM(Loki, Grafana,Tempo, Mimir) observability stack Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis, NoSQL, and OpenSearch/Elasticsearch Excellent communication skills and strong systems-thinking mindset Nice-to-Have / Bonus Skills .NET / C#, Java, Node.js, or React experience Cloudflare and edge layer experience AI-enabled automation or agentic development experience Experience designing internal developer platforms or platform engineering solutions Benefits Remote work 13 floating holiday 15 vacation days per year completed Good working environment Every qualified candidate who meets the requirements outlined in the job description will be considered in this hiring process without distinction.
