Refund Policy

Every plan is a Stripe subscription you can cancel from your Account page in one click. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then and are not charged again.

If you cancel within 7 daysof your first charge on the monthly or annual plan and haven't saved more than 25 jobs or generated more than 5 cover letters, email us and we'll refund the payment in full.

The weekly plan is not refundable — it's intentionally priced low so you can try the product for a week without commitment.

If you cancel an annual plan after the 7-day window, we don't issue a prorated refund by default, but we'll consider it on a case-by-case basis if the product isn't working for you. Email us and tell us what happened.

Email hello@careerjumpship.com from the address on your account. Refunds are processed within 5 business days and land on your original payment method within 5–10 days after that.
