Privacy Policy

When you create an account we store your email address. When you use the product we store your search preferences, saved roles, tracker entries, and resume/cover-letter drafts. Billing information is handled by Stripe — we only see a customer ID and subscription status, never your card details.

• Sending you the magic link that logs you in.
• Personalizing the job feed to match your preferences.
• Sending product emails and, if you opt in, a daily job digest.
• Debugging errors and understanding aggregate usage.

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with employers or recruiters unless you explicitly apply through a link we surface — and in that case the destination site's privacy terms apply, not ours.

We use a small set of vendors to run the service: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (hosting), and a Postgres database provider. Each has its own privacy commitments.

You can export or delete your data at any time from your Account page, or by emailing hello@careerjumpship.com. Deletion is permanent and takes effect within 30 days across backups.

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We don't use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

If we materially change how we handle your data, we'll notify you by email before the change takes effect.
