Technical Engineer (Amazon Connect and CloudWatch)

Global Rabbits

Remote· senior

This is a senior engineering role, but it's a real opportunity to deepen your AWS and cloud infrastructure skills on meaningful projects. You'll work with a nearshore team building digital solutions for established clients, which means real responsibility and exposure to production systems from day one.

You'll support Amazon Connect and CloudWatch initiatives, handling contact flow design, cloud monitoring, incident response, and infrastructure automation. The work spans Node.js, Python, and AWS services like IAM, VPC, and CloudFormation. You'll write queries, set up dashboards and alarms, and help automate observability across client systems.

This fits you if you have 5+ years of software development or cloud/DevOps experience, strong hands-on AWS knowledge, and some familiarity with Amazon Connect or contact center tech. Python and Node.js proficiency matters. If you've built with Terraform or CloudFormation and you understand incident management workflows, you're in the right neighborhood.
