Senior Data Analyst, Performance Guarantees

If you want to see how data directly impacts a company's bottom line, this role puts you there from day one. You'll own analytics that affect real revenue decisions at Included Health, working with stakeholders who actually use your work to make business calls. Your main job is executing analytics for performance guarantees across key accounts. That means building data pipelines, creating Looker dashboards for specialized metrics, and running recovery analytics to identify financial risk. You'll also support client renewals and RFPs by evaluating whether custom contract commitments are viable, and you'll translate complex metrics into clear insights for leadership and external clients.

This fits you if you have a strong foundation in SQL, statistics, or data analysis—whether from coursework, internships, or side projects. You should be comfortable learning new tools (like Looker) and enjoy working across teams. A background in finance, economics, analytics, or computer science is typical, but what matters most is curiosity about how numbers drive business decisions.
