Data Scientist II
includedhealth
If you want your first data science role to matter, this is worth your time. Included Health's Data Science team directly shapes how the company serves healthcare members. You'll move past toy datasets and academic exercises into real problems that affect people's care.
Your work: frame messy, ambiguous questions, define what success looks like, collaborate with product and clinical teams, and deliver recommendations that actually drive decisions. You'll build expertise across product analytics, operations, and business strategy—not just run queries in isolation.
This role fits you if you have strong analytical thinking, basic business intuition, and a portfolio showing you can move from data to insight. You don't need years of experience; you need curiosity, clear communication, and genuine interest in healthcare impact. Recent grads with solid statistics fundamentals and project work are competitive.
Apply directly on CareerJumpship to express interest. Include a brief note on why healthcare data science appeals to you, and link to any relevant projects or analyses you've done. The team will review your background and next steps from there.
