Lead Solutions Engineer

This is a lead-level engineering role where you'll own real technical outcomes from day one. You'll report directly to the Solutions Engineering Manager and work on launching healthcare solutions that actually matter to customers and members. If you want early exposure to client-facing engineering, product collaboration, and the full lifecycle of implementing technical solutions, this role gives you that.

You'll support clients through service launches, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and work across teams. You'll collaborate with Client Launch Managers, Product, and Engineering to implement new services and ensure customers have a smooth experience. This means you're not stuck in one lane — you're involved in strategy, execution, and problem-solving.

This role fits you if you have a solid technical foundation, can communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders, and want to see the impact of your work quickly. Recent grads with engineering backgrounds, computer science degrees, or relevant technical portfolios who've worked on real projects are strong candidates. You should be comfortable in collaborative, fast-paced environments where priorities shift.
