Project Engineering Manager - Overhead Transmission Line 1

SolveNow, Inc.

Remote

This is a management role that puts you in charge early. You'll lead a multi-discipline team on real infrastructure projects tied to renewable energy — the kind of work that directly affects how power gets delivered. If you want hands-on responsibility without years of waiting around, this role accelerates that path.

Your day involves managing project budgets, schedules, and quality across engineering teams. You'll coordinate directly with clients, review design work, and serve as engineer of record when needed. You'll also mentor team members, handle occasional travel for site visits and client meetings, and contribute to proposals and business development. It's diverse work that demands both technical judgment and leadership.

This role fits engineers or recent grads with solid technical fundamentals in transmission systems, power infrastructure, or related fields. You should be comfortable learning project management on the job while bringing discipline and attention to detail. A willingness to travel occasionally and interact with clients is essential.
