Data and Product Operations Lead
talentpluto
Early in your career, ownership matters. This role gives you that. You'll own data sets from start to finish at a company that treats data like a real product—not a side service. That means your work directly shapes what gets built and trained across the AI industry.
Your day-to-day: define what each data set should do with product and research teams, manage projects on the company's platform, onboard speakers and coordinate workflows, and solve for how your data actually performs when it trains models. You're the throughline between conception and delivery.
This fits you if you've got strong project management instincts, can learn data pipelines quickly, and care about quality. A technical background helps—computer science, statistics, or similar—but what matters more is that you can think like both an operator and a problem-solver. Portfolio projects showing data work, analysis, or systems thinking help your case.
