You'll answer inbound calls, understand what callers need, and turn those conversations into leads and towing jobs. The work is straightforward: pick up the phone, help people, move qualified calls forward. You'll be part of a 24/7 operation, which means shift-based hours and the chance to work when it suits you.

You need a reliable computer (Intel Core i7 8th gen or better, AMD Ryzen 5+, or Mac equivalent), at least 12 GB RAM, and solid internet: 40+ Mbps download, 25+ Mbps upload, under 160ms latency. If you're organized, comfortable talking to strangers, and can stick to a schedule, this works. No specific degree required.
