Remote· lead· $110K – $120K

If you want to move fast in operations and build real leverage early in your career, this role puts you at the center of how a major edtech company runs. You'll own projects that touch millions of students and teachers across all 50 states. That's real scope, real impact, and real responsibility—exactly what accelerates early-career growth.

Your job is to lead and coordinate a portfolio of technology projects across NetSuite, Salesforce, and other core systems. You'll work with product owners, business systems teams, and leadership to manage dependencies across concurrent initiatives. This means owning projects from concept through implementation, making sure teams stay aligned, and removing blockers so work actually ships.

You're a fit if you're organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable asking clear questions across teams. A background in operations, computer science, business, or adjacent fields helps. You don't need years of PM experience—you need the ability to think systematically, prioritize competing needs, and communicate plainly with technical and non-technical people.
