Senior Director, AI Transformation

Remote· lead· $190K – $210K

If you want to shape how AI gets used at scale, this is a direct path. Amplify serves 18 million students and teachers across all 50 states. As Senior Director of AI Transformation, you'd lead the internal strategy and execution around AI—reporting to the CIO and working across product, engineering, and research teams. It's a leadership role that matters early in your career because you're not just learning how to use AI; you're deciding how a major organization adopts it.

Your main job is to identify, prioritize, and deliver AI initiatives that drive real productivity and operational gains. You'll partner with product owners and functional leaders to turn research and ideas into actual implementations. This means you need to understand both the technical side and the business side—where AI actually helps, and where it doesn't.

This role fits people with a strong foundation in product thinking, data, or technical project management. If you studied computer science, economics, business analytics, or related fields, or if you've shipped products or led cross-functional projects, you're in the ballpark. You don't need 20 years of experience; you need clarity about how systems work and how to move teams forward.

The salary range is $190K–$210K, and the role is fully remote. Apply through CareerJumpShip to connect with Amplify's hiring team.
