Líder Técnico

This is a senior technical leadership position at VELAIO, fully remote across the US. If you want to move into leadership early in your career, this role shows you what guiding an engineering team actually looks like—beyond theory.

You'll lead technical teams building business intelligence, analytics, and big data solutions. Your work spans architecture decisions, mentoring junior engineers, communicating with non-technical departments, and staying hands-on with development. You'll need strong English skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to people outside engineering.

This fits you if you have a systems engineering degree (or closely related field), five or more years of professional experience including team leadership, and genuine curiosity about learning new tools and approaches. You should be self-directed, comfortable researching solutions independently, and genuinely interested in helping teammates grow.
