Job Description W have an immediate opening for a Senior Marketing/Proposal Coordinator to work out of our Irvine, CA office and work closely with our marketing team in San Diego, CA. The successful candidate will: Work with team members in various locations to prepare marketing documents, qualifications proposals, SF330 documents, and presentation materials in response to RFP/Qs Engage with team on a regular basis to ensure timely submittal of deliverables Prepare and update technical resumes and project write-ups Help maintain the template/content library and CRM program Assist with various other marketing-related tasks Qualifications RequiredTechnical Skills Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (professional InDesign work experience required) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) 5 or more years' experience performing similar services with A/E/C (architecture, engineering, or construction) firms (able to hit the ground running with minimal training). Required Skills Strong work ethic Teamwork perspective and desire to support marketing initiatives Ability to collaborate with internal teams and departments Positive attitude, detail oriented, and ability to problem solve Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to use experience and judgment to accomplish goals and meet demanding deadlines Comfortable working under pressure and able to handle multiple tasks Strong grammar and creative writing skills Ability to work independently when needed Additional Information Salary range: $35-45/hour, depending on qualifications This position is not appropriate for a recent graduate or someone without A/E/C proposal preparation experience.
