About this role

This is a remote position. Safar Staffing is seeking an experienced Business Development Consultant to help identify, pursue, and secure corporate staffing contracts. The consultant will research qualified business opportunities, locate decision-makers, monitor RFPs, RFQs, vendor programs, and subcontracting opportunities, and support the full bidding and proposal process. Responsibilities include assisting with corporate vendor registrations, developing outreach strategies, contacting procurement and human resources professionals, preparing proposals and bid responses, tracking deadlines and follow-ups, and providing regular progress reports. The consultant will focus on opportunities involving warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, production, general labor, packaging, administrative support, facility support, temporary staffing, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire recruitment. Applicants must have relevant experience in staffing sales, corporate business development, contract research, procurement, proposal writing, or vendor registration. A current résumé and detailed work-history profile showing relevant projects, clients, and contracts must be submitted with the application.
