QA Lead
intent
This is a senior role, so it's not typical entry-level—but if you've spent a year or two as a QA engineer and want to move into leadership, this is the kind of move that accelerates your career. You'll own quality across real products (wearables, IoT devices) that people actually use, working with brands like Oura and Bose.
You'll plan and execute test strategies for mobile and IoT projects, manage a team of testers, and improve how QA processes work. It's not just running tests—it's thinking about what to test, how to test it, and helping your team get better at their work.
This fits you if you have solid QA fundamentals, experience mentoring or leading others, and a portfolio of test plans or process improvements you've shipped. You'll need to be comfortable working fully remote across time zones, with some client calls in evenings (about twice a week).
To apply, submit your resume and a short note about a QA process you've improved or a team you've helped develop through CareerJumpShip. Intent will review your background and reach out if there's a fit.
