You won't be maintaining existing features or writing documentation for its own sake. You'll shape a product that thousands of businesses use every day to manage cash flow, bookkeeping and compliance.
You'll define the roadmap, prioritise features and gather customer insight to guide what gets built next. Working with engineering, design, commercial teams and senior leadership, you'll make sure releases actually solve problems customers face. This is a strategic initiative moving from current stage through launch, growth and international expansion.

You'll own one of the company's biggest strategic initiatives, taking Embedded Accounting from its current stage through launch, growth and international expansion. The Opportunity You'll become the product owner for our Embedded Accounting platform, working alongside engineering, design, commercial teams and senior leadership to define what gets built next. You'll own the roadmap, prioritise features, gather customer insight and ensure the team delivers high-quality releases that customers genuinely love. Love owning products end-to-end Enjoy speaking directly with customers Can balance commercial thinking with user experience Like making decisions based on data rather than opinion Want genuine ownership rather than simply managing a backlog Enjoy working in a fast-moving product environment where you can ship regularly What We're Looking For Essential 3+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager within B2B SaaS Experience shipping successful software products Strong understanding of accounting or bookkeeping workflows Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Comfortable writing user stories and acceptance criteria Data-driven approach to product decisions Understanding of AI and automation concepts, including how modern AI products can improve customer workflows Nice to Have Payments, fintech or commerce experience Experience with POS platforms Knowledge of VAT, reconciliation, invoicing or bookkeeping Experience working on products across multiple markets Familiarity with conversational AI or agentic workflows Why Join?
