Field Sales Supervisor

Sagility

Remote

If you want to lead a team right after college, this is a direct path. Sagility is hiring a Field Sales Supervisor to manage a remote telesales team in a healthcare technology company. You'll own team performance, coach real sales behaviors, and learn what it takes to hit targets at scale.

Your job: lead telesales agents, track key metrics, motivate the team through daily wins and losses, and coach specific behaviors that drive closed deals. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where your ability to understand the sales process matters as much as your management style.

This role suits you if you have basic management instincts, can stay organized in a remote setup, and genuinely want to develop other people. Background in sales, customer service, or operations helps. No specific degree required.
