Workplace Operations Program Manager
Airbnb
If you want to shape how a global team operates, this is a direct path. You'll own programs end-to-end at a company that spans 5 million hosts and billions of guest stays. This role puts you in a position to see how operations decisions ripple across functions and geographies—skills that stick with you for the rest of your career.
You'll manage a portfolio of cross-functional programs, build the processes and tools that let teams operate consistently at scale, and influence stakeholders without direct authority. This means clarity-building in ambiguous situations, independent judgment, and the ability to work across functions. You're not executing tasks—you're designing how things get done.
This fits people who like structure but aren't afraid of gray areas. You might come from a finance, supply chain, business, or engineering background. You should be comfortable with spreadsheets, stakeholder management, and seeing the big picture. A portfolio showing how you've simplified a messy process is a plus.
