Workflow Automation Engineer

KDCI

Remote

If you want to see the direct impact of your work early in your career, workflow automation is where that happens. You'll build systems that eliminate manual, repetitive work across entire companies. This is engineering that people use every day.

You'll design and implement automated workflows, integrate third-party tools and APIs, and identify inefficiencies to solve. You'll test, monitor, and maintain these automations for reliability. You'll also collaborate with teams across the business to understand what needs automating, then document your work so others can build on it.

This role is for you if you have 2+ years working with automation platforms like n8n, Zapier, Make, or Power Automate. You should understand APIs, webhooks, and data formats like JSON and XML. Basic scripting in JavaScript or Python helps. Strong analytical skills and the ability to map out processes will set you apart. Experience with AI tools and databases is a bonus.
