This VP role is a chance to own strategy and execution at scale early in your career. You'll lead the platform engineering function that powers Firstup's product teams—the infrastructure that lets them build faster, integrate deeper, and deliver AI-native software to millions of employees daily. It's hands-on leadership with real scope.
Your responsibilities: own the application development platform strategy, guide the technical direction that enables product velocity, ensure reliability and integration depth, and build the systems that let teams operate at scale. You'll work with product, operations, and customer-facing teams to translate their needs into platform capabilities.
This fits engineers who've shipped real code, understand distributed systems or platform architecture, and want to move into leadership fast. You don't need years of management experience—you need strong technical judgment, clarity on what matters, and the ability to prioritize. Computer science or related background is a plus.

This leader will own the strategy and execution for our application development platform, agentic AI platform, integration platform, data platform, reporting and analytics capabilities, and AI-native software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical executive who can set long-term strategy, lead multiple teams, develop senior technical talent, and engage deeply in architecture across cloud-native systems, AI platforms, data infrastructure, and enterprise integrations.
