This is a leadership role designed for someone with deep technical knowledge who wants to shape how a company uses data and AI. You'll report directly to the CTO and own the entire analytics, machine learning, and AI function. It's a chance to build something from the ground up at a company solving real housing problems.
Your day-to-day means overseeing teams that turn raw data into decisions that actually matter. You'll push responsible AI adoption across the business, help leaders tell the difference between real opportunities and trends, and make sure every data investment creates measurable results. You'll work across the company to translate technical concepts into action that improves outcomes for members and hosts.
We're looking for someone with experience leading integrated data and ML organizations at scale, who has personally driven AI adoption and can combine technical judgment with business sense. You should be pragmatic, mission-driven, able to influence executives, and comfortable developing teams while keeping ethics and trust front and center.
