Virtual Patient Care Coordinator
Staffing for Doctors
If you're starting your career and want real responsibility from day one, this role puts you at the center of a healthcare practice. You'll be the primary point of contact for patients—managing calls, welcoming new clients, and handling the details that keep a clinic running smoothly. It's a remote position based in the Philippines, working Pacific Standard Time hours, so you'll have structure and clear expectations.
Your daily work involves answering live patient calls, walking prospective clients through the practice's care model, and explaining costs and insurance details with confidence. You'll need a warm, professional phone presence and strong attention to detail. The role starts at 30–35 hours per week (9 AM–3 PM PST) for the first month, then transitions to full-time 40 hours (9 AM–5 PM PST). This is hands-on patient coordination in a private-pay healthcare setting.
You're a good fit if you have experience in psychiatry, behavioral health, concierge medicine, or similar practices. Strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to stay calm under pressure matter here. If you've worked customer-facing roles or administrative positions in healthcare, that background helps.
To apply, visit CareerJumpship.com and submit your resume and a brief note about why this role interests you. Keep it direct—tell them about relevant experience and what draws you to patient-facing work.
