Staff Software Developer (Remote Canada)

You're starting your career and want to work on something that matters. Smile Digital Health is a Deloitte Technology Fast 50 company building data platforms used in over 20 countries to improve healthcare delivery. This is a staff-level engineering role where you'll own meaningful technical decisions early on.

You'll work on the Smile platform, a FHIR-based system that helps healthcare organizations collect, manage, and exchange patient data. Your code will directly support care teams and health systems. You're building infrastructure that scales globally and solves real problems in healthcare.

This role is for engineers who know their fundamentals, can write clean code, and understand how systems fit together. You should have a solid portfolio or internship experience. If you've built anything that processes data at scale or worked with APIs, you have what it takes.
