Sr. Infrastructure Engineer
Versant Media
This is a senior engineering role that gives you ownership over systems millions of users depend on. You'll work on identity, access control, and cloud infrastructure—skills that transfer to any tech company. If you want to move beyond entry-level quickly, this is where you go deep on real infrastructure problems.
Your day involves administering Okta and Active Directory, designing secure authentication systems, and operating AWS infrastructure. You'll build Infrastructure as Code in Terraform, improve CI/CD pipelines, write automation in Python or Bash, and respond to incidents with root cause analysis. You'll collaborate across engineering, security, and product teams to solve scaling problems that matter.
You're a fit if you have 4+ years of hands-on infrastructure or backend engineering experience, strong fundamentals in cloud platforms, and comfort with identity systems or enterprise tooling. A portfolio showing infrastructure projects, automation scripts, or platform work helps. Computer science or related technical background is standard.
