Clad is construction software that helps contractors track work and automate their back office. As an early-career engineer, you'll join a 7-person team in NYC that's growing fast with $2.7M raised and 3+ years of runway. This is a chance to ship real product from day one, not maintain legacy systems.
You'll work on problems at the intersection of AI, construction mapping, and fintech. The role involves building well-crafted code that solves concrete problems for people who run construction businesses. You'll be in-person in New York City working alongside founders and a small, focused team.
This role fits you if you're a recent grad with a computer science background, solid fundamentals in at least one programming language, and genuine curiosity about infrastructure or construction. A portfolio or GitHub showing real work matters more than a perfect GPA. You don't need construction experience.
