Staff Technical Program Manager, AI

Cribl

Remote· senior· $115K – $179K

You're starting your career and want to work on infrastructure that actually matters. At Cribl, you'll manage technical programs for a platform that helps the world's largest enterprises handle AI telemetry at scale. This role puts you at the center of how real companies solve real problems—not on the sidelines.

As Senior Technical Program Manager, you'll own program schedules, spot risks before they become crises, and communicate status clearly to stakeholders. You'll work with IT and Security teams across Fortune 100 companies, learning how enterprise software gets built and shipped. The work is concrete: managing deliverables, removing blockers, and making sure ambitious product plans actually happen.

This role fits people who are organized, detail-oriented, and genuinely interested in how teams ship products. You don't need to be a coder, but you should be curious about technical systems and comfortable working alongside engineers. If you've managed projects, coordinated across teams, or solved logistical problems before, that's useful background.

Cribl is remote-first and hiring across the US. The salary range is $115k–$179k. To apply, submit your resume and a short note about why you're interested in technical program management through CareerJumpShip.
