Senior Software Engineer - Robotics Infrastructure
isee
This is a senior-level role, so it's not an entry point for recent grads—but if you're a few years into your first engineering job and ready to step up, this is the kind of position that can accelerate your growth. You'll work on self-driving vehicle software, which means real problems with real stakes.
You'll support the full software development lifecycle for autonomous vehicle systems. That includes building infrastructure that's efficient, robust, and secure—the kind of work that lets teams collaborate and test reliably. You'll also collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate new components into the vehicles themselves. This isn't isolated coding; it's systems-level thinking.
You need a CS degree (BS or MS), plus at least 5 years of software engineering experience. You should be strong in C/C++ or Python, know your way around Linux debugging, and understand system and algorithm design. Real-time systems, distributed systems, and robotics experience will make you competitive. This role rewards people who can handle complex, performance-critical codebases.
Ready to apply. Visit CareerJumpShip, search for this role at isee, and submit your resume and portfolio. Keep your cover note direct: explain why autonomous systems interest you and what hard problems you've solved.
