Senior Python Developer
Arcanys
This role puts you in a position to shape how a system actually works, not just build pieces of it. You'll define architecture, make technical calls with the CTO, and own the direction of the codebase. It's the kind of early-career move that teaches you how to think like an engineer, not just code like one.
Your day-to-day includes designing complex data and processing pipelines around 3D and visualization work, driving an AI-assisted development workflow with multi-agent orchestration, and providing technical direction to a small cross-functional team. You'll write clean, well-tested code and treat the system like your own—surfacing problems and improvements rather than waiting to be told what to fix.
This fits you if you have solid Python fundamentals, can think about system design, and want to work on real problems for clients across Australia, Europe, and beyond. A portfolio of projects or GitHub history helps more than credentials.
