Senior Program Manager
VivSoft Technologies
This role puts you in charge of a high-visibility federal program from day one. You'll manage the Aerospace Readiness Enterprise System (ARES) Production program—a large-scale Department of Defense initiative. It's early in your career to own this level of responsibility, but if you have the federal program experience to back it up, this is how you move into real leadership fast.
You'll oversee program execution across multiple contract periods, making sure production-ready capabilities ship on time and on budget. You'll be the primary contact for government stakeholders, lead cross-functional Agile teams, and manage complex technical, schedule, and financial objectives. This is operations work that directly impacts how federal teams work.
This fits you if you have solid experience managing federal programs, understand Agile methodology, and can think clearly under pressure. A background in DoD contracting, program management, or systems delivery helps. You'll need a Secret or Top Secret clearance (or the ability to obtain one) and U.S. citizenship.
To apply, submit your resume and a brief note about your federal program experience on CareerJumpShip. Include any clearance history or relevant certifications.
