About the Role We are seeking a Program Manager to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives supporting AI infrastructure deployment programs. This role drives cross-functional execution across engineering, operations, supply chain, networking, and deployment teams to ensure successful rollout of AI infrastructure platforms on schedule, within budget, and at the required quality standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, execution-focused, and experienced managing complex technical programs in fast-paced infrastructure or technology environments. Key Responsibilities Lead NPI programs from planning through deployment readiness and operational handoff. Drive cross-functional coordination across engineering, operations, deployment, supply chain, and manufacturing teams. Build and manage program schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting. Coordinate infrastructure deployment readiness including hardware qualification, supplier readiness, networking, power, cooling, and operational support. Track critical issues, drive mitigation plans, and escalate blockers appropriately. Facilitate program reviews, stakeholder communication, and launch readiness activities. Support continuous improvement of NPI and deployment execution processes. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field. 5+ years of program management or NPI experience in infrastructure, hardware, cloud, or technology environments. Experience managing complex cross-functional technical programs. Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, operational scaling, and deployment execution. Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Experience with AI infrastructure, GPU clusters, cloud infrastructure, or data center deployments. Familiarity with supply chain, manufacturing, and infrastructure operations. PMP, Agile, or equivalent program management certification. What Success Looks Like On-time execution of NPI and AI infrastructure deployment programs. Operational readiness and deployment stability at launch. Effective cross-functional coordination and stakeholder alignment. Reduction of deployment risks, delays, and operational issues The range below reflects the base salary for the position. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as skill set, experience, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus, equity, and/or commission programs.
