This is a senior engineering role, but it's worth considering early in your career if you've built real backend systems and want to level up fast. You'll design large-scale fintech solutions, work with modern stacks, and mentor less-experienced engineers—all while staying hands-on with code. That combination of responsibility and growth is rare.

You'll design and implement complex software using Node.js and React, maintain high code quality across the full development cycle, and collaborate closely with your team to solve problems. You'll also guide junior developers, promote clean code practices, and help shape how the team approaches architecture and design patterns. The work centers on distributed systems, secure APIs, and integrating AI agentic systems with Model Context Protocol.

This fits you if you have over 5 years in backend development, at least 3 years with TypeScript, and solid experience building and consuming REST or GraphQL APIs. You should know Node.js deeply, have worked with AWS, understand microservices, and be comfortable with DevOps practices. Front-end skills with React are expected.
