Senior Firmware Infrastructure Engineer
Sibros Technologies
This senior role at Sibros puts you at the center of connected vehicle software—work that directly affects how OEMs manage fleet updates and vehicle analytics at scale. If you're ready to move beyond individual contributor work into leadership, this is a clear next step in your engineering career.
You'll own the build, release, and development infrastructure for in-vehicle firmware that runs across different hardware, operating systems, and vehicle architectures. That means optimizing deployment pipelines, leading cross-functional projects, and setting standards that other engineers follow. The work is hands-on infrastructure engineering, not abstract strategy.
You need 5+ years in firmware, build systems, or release engineering. Strong C/C++ background, familiarity with embedded systems toolchains, and experience shipping software at scale matter more than where you went to school. A portfolio showing your build or release infrastructure work will stand out in your application.
Apply through CareerJumpship to submit your resume and a note about your most complex infrastructure project to date. Keep it direct—Sibros reviews applications weekly.
