You'll work on the Data Team driving strategic product decisions across growth, user experience, creator tools, and the economy. That means analyzing large production datasets, building data products, and seeing your work influence the product roadmap. You'll move fast on a team that includes people from Netflix, Meta, Microsoft, Google, and Discord.
This fits you if you have a technical background, hands-on experience with large datasets, and the ability to ship data products in a fast-paced environment. You don't need 10 years of experience—you need strong fundamentals, curiosity, and the drive to own problems.
