You'll work across Go, Postgres, and Kafka to build the payments platform powering a marketplace. Your responsibilities include owning a service end-to-end, participating in on-call rotation, mentoring junior engineers, and translating product requirements into technical designs. You'll review code, contribute to how your team works, and collaborate closely with product managers.
This role fits engineers who are comfortable with distributed systems concepts, write clear code in Go or similar languages, and communicate well in writing. Experience with payment systems, event-driven architectures, or Kubernetes at scale is a bonus, but not required. You should be ready to grow into a leadership mindset even as you deepen your technical expertise.
