ABOUT YOU Xsolla is looking for a Senior AI & Automation Specialist to join Xsolla's Global Strategic Initiatives & Partnerships (GSIP) division, serving both GSIP and the Web3 Partnerships Strategy (Web3 PS) teams. You will compound organizational leverage by embedding AI, automation, and data intelligence into cross-divisional workflows — eliminating manual work, increasing throughput without headcount, and transforming data into decision support. You automate execution while preserving human judgment where it matters most. You will ensure both divisions are disrupted from within before they can be disrupted from outside. This role works in close partnership with the division's process leader and vision leader. You will own and scale intelligence and automation capabilities across both divisions — building the systems, dashboards, and workflows that give leadership real-time visibility into partnerships, deal pipelines, program performance, and strategic initiatives. This is a hands-on, builder-oriented role: you will design, implement, and maintain the automation infrastructure that powers GSIP and Web3 PS operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about turning messy operational data into clear, actionable intelligence. You thrive in fast-paced environments, are comfortable building end-to-end automation workflows, and have a strong technical foundation paired with business acumen.
