Salesforce Administrator / Bilingual (Spanish/English)
VELAIO
This role gives you a chance to own Salesforce infrastructure at a real scale. You'll move from entry-level support into mid-senior administration—managing user access, data quality, automation, and reporting for a team that depends on your decisions. That's early-career responsibility that builds a portfolio fast.
Day-to-day: you'll configure and secure Salesforce, set up Flows and reports, handle data imports and deduplication, manage user roles and permissions, and shepherd changes from sandbox to production. You'll work with stakeholders to keep the system running clean and secure, auditing access controls and documenting releases so nothing breaks.
This fits you if you have 4+ years hands-on Salesforce admin work, you're certified (ADM-201), and you speak B2–C1 English and Spanish. Flows and Reports/Dashboards expertise is non-negotiable. Experience with Platform App Builder or Marketing Cloud is a bonus.
The job is fully remote based in Colombia or LATAM (GMT-5), full-time, with a budget for annual certifications via Trailhead. Apply via CareerJumpShip with your resume, Salesforce certification, and a brief note on your strongest admin project to date.
