Release Train Engineer

A Release Train Engineer role is a solid entry point into operations and program management. You'll own real responsibility for keeping multiple teams aligned and moving forward together—skills that matter in any industry, at any company size.

Day to day, you'll coordinate work across Agile teams, run planning and execution meetings, spot risks before they derail deliverables, and keep everyone clear on what's in progress and what's next. You'll manage dependencies between teams, track delivery health, and help move epics and stories through the pipeline in an organized way. This role supports the Network AI and Agentic Transformation initiative.

This fits someone who's organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable talking to engineers and stakeholders. Prior coursework in operations, computer science, or business is helpful. If you've worked on group projects, managed timelines, or used project management tools, bring that experience.
