THE OPPORTUNITY: MHN is seeking a Principal Healthcare Data Product Engineer to lead the design and development of data enrichment processes, data marts, and data pipelines driving our enterprise data warehouse and our products directly supporting the teams delivering care in our partner practices. This role centers on technical data product development and requires a seasoned healthcare data product engineering expert with a demonstrated ability to drive high-impact outcomes as an individual contributor. This role will own complex data product initiatives supporting our operations, analytics, and clinical, operational and financial reporting. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in healthcare data and is comfortable partnering closely with product and business teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.
