OCM Senior Analyst
ibility
This is a solid early-career move if you want to work on real problems that affect how government agencies operate. You'll own change management projects for a federal client, applying structured methodologies to help organizations adapt to new systems and processes. It's hands-on work with clear impact, not theoretical.
As an OCM Senior Analyst, you'll develop and execute change strategies, use industry frameworks to guide teams through transitions, and focus on the human side of implementation. The role expects you to diagnose where resistance shows up, design solutions that stick, and measure whether changes actually work. You'll work with stakeholders across different levels and functions.
This fits you if you have strong writing and communication skills, analytical thinking, and patience for detail work. Engineering or program management backgrounds help. You don't need prior change management experience if you can learn frameworks quickly and care about outcomes over quick wins.
This role is remote and based in the Washington DC area. The position pays $100,000–$130,000 annually. To apply, submit your resume and a brief note about why change management interests you through CareerJumpShip.
