Marketing Manager - Product

Remote

This is an early-career opportunity to shape how companies hire. You'll work on a product that's genuinely changing the recruiting space—not by incremental improvement, but by making hiring 3x faster. As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll own the strategy that takes that innovation to market. That's real impact for someone starting out.

Your job is to translate what Cohort does into language that founders and hiring leaders understand and want. You'll work across product, marketing, and sales teams to figure out who needs this most, what they care about, and how to reach them. You'll become the expert on your customers, your competition, and the market itself. That expertise feeds back into what the product team builds next. It's the kind of role where your early decisions compound.

This role fits someone with strong writing skills, curiosity about how markets work, and the ability to talk to people and learn what they actually need—not what you think they need. A background in marketing, communications, business, or even engineering with marketing interest works. A portfolio showing you can tell a clear story helps.
