Managed Services Engineer
PureLogics
This is a solid early-career move if you want hands-on experience building IT infrastructure from the ground up. You'll work on real client implementations—not theory—and build a portfolio of technical work that matters. Remote and flexible hours means you control your schedule while building expertise in managed services.
You'll handle client onboarding and technical setup across Google Workspace, backup solutions, endpoint detection, and ticketing systems. You'll manage patches, run vulnerability scans, provide support when issues arise, and document everything. It's a mix of implementation, support, and process work—the kind of variety that teaches you how IT services actually run.
This fits you if you have foundational IT knowledge (CompTIA A+, Security+, or equivalent hands-on experience), strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You should be comfortable with technical documentation and troubleshooting. A background in computer science, IT, or related field helps; what matters more is that you can learn tools quickly and take ownership of your work.
