This role gives you experience across multiple trades while working directly with residents.
You'll handle grounds cleaning, office and common area upkeep, maintenance requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, and emergency calls. You're the person who keeps things running. It's varied work that keeps you moving.
You should have at least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience on properties with around 200 units. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC is essential. The job requires flexibility, a service mindset, and the ability to work as part of a team. If you're comfortable learning on the job and handling multiple responsibilities at once, this fits.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more! Qualifications Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property! Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must! Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success! Reliable transportation is a MUST! Availability to work on-call rotation.
