If you want to start your law career working on deals that matter, this M&A associate role puts you on real transactions from day one. Your day-to-day involves leading and supporting buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions. You'll draft and negotiate deal documents, advise on acquisitions and divestitures, handle leveraged buyouts and tender offers, and navigate the structural complexities that come with high-stakes transactions. You'll have direct client exposure and collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams throughout.

This role is for lawyers with 3 to 5 years of M&A experience from a top-tier firm. You need strong legal drafting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces in complex deals. The firm is invested in mentorship and long-term career growth.
