Lead Full Stack developer

This is a senior full stack role, but here's what matters: you'll own projects end-to-end, from writing code to shipping it live. That kind of ownership early in your career teaches you how products actually work. You'll work with product and design teams, not just engineers, which rounds out how you think about building things.
You'll write clean, testable code in Node and React. The team uses Redux, Jest, and other modern tools you've probably heard of or want to learn. You'll optimize database queries in MySQL, build REST APIs, and design applications that perform well. This is real production work with real constraints.
You're a fit if you know Node and React solid, understand React state management, and have experience with Jest or similar testing tools. Experience with Redux, Webpack, and Formik is expected. Bonus points if you've led a small team, worked at a product company, or used Elasticsearch. You need to communicate well—written and verbal—because you're talking to non-engineers regularly.
