Lead Data Scientist, Product
descript
This is a chance to step into a leadership position early. You'll own the data strategy behind product decisions at a company building real software, not chasing hype. If you want to see how your work shapes what millions of people use, this role gives you that visibility from day one.
You'll build data pipelines, analyze user behavior, and present findings that actually influence what gets built next. You're responsible for setting up the systems that let the product team make decisions based on evidence, not guesses. This means SQL, Python, maybe some dashboarding tools—work that compounds over time.
You're a fit if you've shipped a project that involved data (class project, internship, side work), you think in systems, and you can explain technical concepts to non-technical people. Computer science, math, physics, or economics backgrounds are common, but what matters is whether you can learn fast and care about accuracy.
Apply through CareerJumpShip with your resume and a link to your work—a GitHub repo, a writeup of an analysis you've done, anything that shows how you think.
