If you want to shape how a company grows, this is the role. As Lead, Corporate FP&A at Tilt, you'll own the financial engine that powers decisions across a global organization. You're not just crunching numbers—you're building the frameworks that determine where capital goes and how the business scales.

Your day-to-day: Lead annual budgets and rolling forecasts across all business units. Build and maintain the financial planning tools and models that executives rely on. Partner with leadership to translate data into clear strategy. You'll work across geographies and teams to keep everyone aligned on numbers that matter.

This role fits you if you have a strong foundation in financial analysis, comfort with spreadsheets and data tools, and the ability to explain complex financial concepts in plain terms. A background in accounting, finance, economics, or related fields helps. You don't need years of FP&A experience—you need curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to think strategically about what numbers mean.
