Launch Management Engineer – Body Shop
scoutmotors
Scout Motors is rebuilding an American icon from 1960 — and they need engineers who can help get it right. As a Launch Management Engineer in the Body Shop, you'll work on one of the first vehicles to come out of this new venture. This is early-stage work where your decisions actually shape the final product, not where you're following a playbook written by someone else.
Your job is to manage the technical launch of body shop processes and systems. You'll coordinate between design, manufacturing, and quality teams to solve real problems as they come up. You'll own timelines, track progress, flag risks early, and help the team deliver. It's hands-on work that requires clear thinking and follow-through.
This role fits recent grads with a mechanical engineering or manufacturing engineering background, or anyone with solid technical fundamentals and the ability to learn fast. You should be comfortable in a manufacturing environment, detail-oriented, and able to communicate across different teams. A portfolio or project experience showing problem-solving is helpful.
Ready to apply. Head to CareerJumpship.com, find this posting, and submit your resume and a short note about why Scout's mission matters to you. Keep it direct — they want to hear from people who are serious about building things.
