Head of Sales

African Safari Group

Remote

This is a rare chance early in your career to step into a strategic leadership role. You'll report directly to the CEO and own an entire sales function—meaning you're not managing individual contributors, but building and leading a team of Sales Managers. If you want to learn how to scale a business from the inside, this is how it happens.

Your day-to-day involves developing Sales Managers, standardizing how teams execute, making data-driven decisions about performance, and embedding operational discipline across multiple sales teams. You'll drive consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement while working toward concrete commercial targets. This is hands-on leadership that directly shapes company outcomes.

You're a fit if you're comfortable with numbers, think clearly about systems and processes, and genuinely enjoy coaching people to be better. You don't need 10 years of experience—you need to think like a leader and be willing to learn on the job. A background in sales, business, or operations helps, but what matters most is your mindset.
